Howden Hong Kong seeks a Digital Transformation Analyst to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with Operations and business teams to translate requirements into practical digital solutions using Power Platform.

Role involves designing workflows, developing AI agents, prototyping and testing, plus training colleagues and promoting adoption of Microsoft technologies with a focus on data privacy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in digital transformation, process automation, AI or technology projects.
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, AI agents and automation.

Responsabilités

• Identify manual or inefficient processes and propose automation opportunities.
• Design and test workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools.
• Develop prototypes, test, gather feedback and implement solutions.
• Promote adoption and train colleagues on AI and automation tools.
