Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Digital Analyst / Business Analyst to work closely with business divisions and IT, translating business logics into process diagrams and comprehensive requirement documents. You will drive digital strategies, support project management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program logistics and testing.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital transformation or tech project roles, a related degree, and strong English/Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Consulting / Digital Transformation / Technology project management or related field.
• Degree in Marketing / Business Management / e-Commerce / Information System or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation / e-commerce / web development is a plus.
• SEO knowledge is advantageous.
• Agile & Scrum (PSM) experience is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritise needs.
• Strong influencer and team player with a track record.
• Ability to liaise with business users and manage the product backlog.
• Fluent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business division and IT to understand business logics and system design.
• Draft business processes or diagrams based on business logics.
• Consolidate requirements and write into requirement documents.
• Execute digital-related strategies to support business goals and assist project management.
• Negotiate, manage time, and communicate effectively.
• Quick learner to understand business requirements and data flow.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage digital operations such as program logistics and UAT.
• Be tech-savvy with understanding of digital platforms and development processes.
• Stay confident under pressure and prioritize workload.
• Promote the use of digital tools to drive changes and optimization.
• Manage internal and external partners, including vendors and consultants, in solutions delivery and troubleshooting.
