Job summary

Techforce Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT System Specialist (AI & Digitial Transformation) to join a major AI transformation programme. You will coordinate testing, release activities, and handovers between business users, developers, and client stakeholders.

You will work across SIT/UAT, production readiness, deployments, and hypercare, ensuring governance and ITIL-aligned processes are followed while delivering reliable enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application Support, Business Systems Support, Project Support, System Implementation, Release Coordination, Testing, or Service Delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, defect management, release activities, or production readiness processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills coordinating business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders independently.
• Understanding of Incident, Change, Release Management or ITIL-based service management.
• Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills for Hong Kong users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project activities align with enterprise IT governance, change management, and operational processes.

Join a major AI transformation programme delivering enterprise AI solutions into production environments. Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, you will help ensure solutions are successfully tested, released, deployed, and transitioned into operational support.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in application support, system implementation, testing coordination, or service delivery who enjoys working across both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Application Support, Business Systems Support, Project Support, System Implementation, Release Coordination, Testing, or Service Delivery environments.

Proven experience supporting enterprise system implementations, migrations, upgrades, or rollouts from testing through deployment and handover.

Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, defect management, release activities, or production readiness processes.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders independently.

Understanding of enterprise IT processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, or ITIL-based service management.

Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Hong Kong business users and stakeholders.
