Qualifications

• 3 years working experience in related IT field preferred.
• Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through a ticketing system.
• Perform first tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools.
• Assist in performing other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
