Job summary

A multinational IT services provider based in Hong Kong is looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to provide daily IT support services to end-users. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in IT support and be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Familiarity with Mandarin is a plus. The offer includes a salary range of HKD 20,000 to 30,000, 10-20 days of annual leave, medical plans, and a friendly working environment with a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Immediate availability preferred.
