Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, operations management or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, facility management or similar operational role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management systems or similar operational software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Chinese medicine and health supplements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Clinical facilities and services, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Coordinate staff across shifts to ensure adequate coverage and service continuity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for medical supplies, equipment and operational materials; liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation and reports for senior management.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for high-standard patient care.
• Develop and communicate operational procedures and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to address operational challenges and optimise service delivery.
• Contribute to budget monitoring and cost control within assigned areas.
• Coordinate maintenance of facilities to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Respond to operational issues and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
