EC Healthcare in Hong Kong seeks a Medical Operations Officer to ensure smooth daily operation of designated clinics, maintaining group standards and service quality.

You will support in launching new services and centre setup, collaborate with Centre In-charge and other teams, and help enforce frontline policies and procedures while training frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Some years of administrative or operations experience in monitoring retail shops is an advantage.
• Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration.
• Proactive, responsible and with a sense of ownership.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
