Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Clinic Operations Lead to supervise nursing and healthcare assistant teams, ensure efficient day-to-day patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will develop workflows, manage scheduling and inventory, and collaborate with facilities, IT, and partners to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Higher Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare Administration, HK Nursing Board registration, and at least 8 years of clinic

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
• Minimum 8 years in a clinic/healthcare facility operations role; 2+ years in supervisory capacity.
• Registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Board and holding a valid practicing certificate.
• Experience in blood taking and clinical procedures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care delivery.
• Develop policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize operations and patient flow.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and equipment procurement.
• Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive excellence.
• Lead nursing and healthcare assistant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and other operational partners; handle billing to insurers and clients.
• Back up nursing services during manpower shortages including injections and specimen handling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation; robust record-keeping and reporting.
