HKR International is seeking a General Manager - Projects to oversee regional property development initiatives, guiding end-to-end delivery across residential, commercial, hotels, and master plans. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of delivering large-scale developments.

Based in Sheung Wan, the position offers competitive remuneration and fringe benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in project management or property development
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role for large-scale developments
• Professional membership or certification such as PMP, MRICS, CIOB (advantage)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of regional property development projects across residential, commercial, hotels, and master plans
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards
• Lead governance, controls, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities
• Review and approve project plans, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and execution methodologies
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental and contractual requirements
• Lead negotiation and management of major project contracts and engagements
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization across projects
• Provide leadership and direction to the project management team
• Report progress and strategic updates to Senior Management
• Perform other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned
