Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in engineering design and project management in new-build and/or A&A works.
• Experience with property developer(s) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Recognized Professional Qualification of HKIE / CIBSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager on managing Property Projects Team.
• Responsible for correspondence within inter-department parties related to Property Projects.
• Oversee all ongoing property projects ensuring they meet timeline, budgets, and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support land acquisition.
