Qualifications

• Degree in surveying, real estate, property development or related field.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS or MHKIS is required.
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in property development and related real estate matters.

As a Senior Manager, Property Development & Investment, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation) is required;
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in property development, land administration, and related real estate matters
• Proven track record gained from reputable property developers, real estate investment firms, or leading consultancy practices
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong property market preferred
