Job summary

Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT) in Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Head of Programme (Building and Construction). The successful candidate will take ownership of the designated programme, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals.

You will supervise lecturers, execute improvements, and support market research and business development. The role requires a strong background in business administration or management, with a Master’s degree and at least 6 years of

Qualifications

• Sub-degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years in academic program management, sales, marketing and business networking.
• Knowledge in industry practices within Building and Construction; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

Sub-degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; applicants for the Head of Programme position are expected to possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field

A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking

Possession of local and/or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage

Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Building and Construction

Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
