Qualifications

• Sub-degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years in academic program management, sales, marketing and business networking.
• Knowledge in industry practices within Building and Construction; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the designated programme and be responsible for programme quality.
• Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve.
• Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers.
• Contribute to and support program development, market research, and business development.
• Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes.

Education
