Job summary

Central Wealth Securities Investment Limited seeks a Settlement Manager (Operations) to oversee day-to-day securities back-office functions in Hong Kong. You will manage customer service, trading and settlement activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires attention to risk management, robust communication with stakeholders, and collaboration with work partners to support the business’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience as Operations Supervisor or Deputy Operations Supervisor in a securities firm.
• Hands-on experience in customer service, trading or settlement.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Cantonese; strong English proficiency preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Chinese word processing skills.

Job description

Formulate operational objectives, policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support the business development of the company.

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including customer service, trading and settlement, to deliver high-quality and timely services, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Support the development of new businesses and new products, carry out system configuration and support, and implement internal control measures to mitigate operational risks.

Raise the team’s awareness of risk management, internal control and governance processes.

Maintain effective and sound communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with work partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum of two years of working experience as an Operations Supervisor or Deputy Operations Supervisor at a large or medium-sized securities firm.

Substantial hands-on practical experience in at least one of the business areas: customer service, trading or settlement.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team-building capabilities.

Proficiency in Chinese and Cantonese for communication; candidates with strong English proficiency are preferred.

Well-versed in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
