Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience as Operations Supervisor or Deputy Operations Supervisor in a securities firm.
• Hands-on experience in customer service, trading or settlement.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Cantonese; strong English proficiency preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Chinese word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee day-to-day operations, including customer service, trading and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support development of new businesses and products, configure systems, and implement internal controls.
• Raise awareness of risk management and governance processes.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
