Job summary

Alexis Services Limited seeks an experienced operations professional to direct middle- and back-office infrastructure across asset management, digital finance, wealth management, and capital markets. You will oversee transaction processing, trade settlement and asset servicing workflows for international equities and derivatives, while ensuring compliance and policy alignment.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in securities operations with fluency in English and Mandarin, and familiarity

Key responsibilities

Direct day-to-day transaction processing, trade settlement, and asset servicing workflows for international equities, futures, and options

Streamline operational workflows while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies, industry frameworks, and regulatory mandates

Monitor regulatory shifts and market developments, translating updates into timely procedural and system enhancements

Spearhead strategic initiatives, workflow transformations, and ad-hoc operational projects as required

About you

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline

5 to 8 years of core experience specializing in securities operations and derivatives (futures and options) settlement

Strong mastery of back-office clearing procedures, operational risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks

Exceptional analytical reasoning, strong quantitative aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and polished interpersonal skills

Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)

Prior hands-on experience with trading and settlement platforms such as Ayers or SharpPoint is a distinct advantage
