西京投資管理有限公司 is seeking an Investment Operations professional to manage daily settlement of equities and other instruments across HK, China, and US markets. You will coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, and counterparties to resolve settlement issues and maintain accurate cash and positions in the portfolio management system.

The role requires 1–2 years in investment administration with strong Bloomberg and Excel skills; VBA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investment administration and operations of mutual and/or hedge funds.
• Knowledge of workflow of asset management of mutual and/or hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Good Bloomberg and Excel skills; VBA programming is advantageous.
• Diligent, independent, proactive and able to work under tight schedules.
• Good verbal and written communication; Putonghua is a plus.

• Work closely with clearing firms and brokers in post-trade processes, handle settlement issues
• Prepare data for monthly reporting and fund factsheets
• Work on HK public holidays to support regional trade settlements
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as requested by the company

Daily settlement of equities and/or other instruments including swap, futures traded in Asian markets including HK, China, and US market

Coordinating between the portfolio managers/traders and outside counterparties to resolve any issues that may occur

Maintain cash and portfolio positions in portfolio management system daily

Work closely with clearing firms, brokers in post trade processes, handle settlement issues

Prepare data for monthly reporting and preparation of fund factsheets

Work on HK public holidays to support regional trade settlements

Participate in ad hoc assignments as and when requested by the company

Requirements:

University graduate with 1-2 years of investment administration and operations of mutual and/or hedge fund experience

Knowledge of workflow of asset management of mutual and/or hedge funds and private equity funds

Good skills in Bloomberg and Excel, programming experience in VBA is advantageous

Diligent, independent, proactive and able to work under tight schedule

Good verbal and written communication skill, good command of Putonghua is a plus
