Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead origin expansion initiatives for express logistics across Asia Pacific. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from design to pricing, while collaborating with regional and country teams to grow volumes and revenues.

The role requires a strong background in logistics product management, pricing strategy, and market analysis, with fluency in English and preference for additional Asian language capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, commercial strategy, or trade lane management in express logistics.
• Strong understanding of international logistics networks and cross-border operations.
• Proven track record of launching logistics products or market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute origin expansion strategies to grow volumes and market share across targeted lanes.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of express logistics products, including design, pricing, and implementation.
• Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, network and country teams to launch origin solutions.
• Optimize pricing structures, service levels, and transit times to drive profitability.
• Establish product roadmaps, business cases, and performance metrics for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to hit volume, revenue and margin targets.
