Royal Pacific Hotel, part of Sino Hotels, seeks an attentive Front Desk/Reception staff member to welcome guests, check in and out, and manage registrations with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relations, while communicating in English and Chinese. Knowledge of Opera System is a plus and career advancement opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• Pleasant, customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua and other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and perform front desk duties.
• Record arrivals/departures, manage bookings and registrations.
• Provide frontline reception services and maintain guest relations.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries.
