Job summary

Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC) in Hong Kong invites applications for a Front Office Officer. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, bookings, and payments with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a degree in hospitality, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and fluency in English and Cantonese. You will work shifts at the front desk, use MS Word and Excel, and collaborate with many departments to ensure smooth club operations.

Qualifications

• Degree / Advanced Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries.
• Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good command of English & Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel.
• Shift working hours (No overnight shift required).
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact at the Front Office, handling calls and emails.
• Assist members and guests with bookings, applications and payments.
• Assist to issue membership cards, temporary passes and guest permits.
• Collaborate closely with different Departments to fulfill member requests.
• Ensure members and guests adhere to Club bylaws.
• Promptly report emergency situations to superior.
