• Guest Journey & VIP Care: Welcoming arriving guests, overseeing departure standards, and maintaining accurate guest profiles (dietary needs, preferences, special occasions).
• Reservation & Table Management: Managing reservation systems to optimize table seating, floor pacing, and overall capacity.
• Service Briefings & Recovery: Conducting pre-service briefings on guest details and handling guest feedback with discretion and prompt service recovery.
• Team Leadership: Directing and scheduling the host and reception team to ensure warm, flawless front-desk operations.

Requirements

• Experience:10+ years in a supervisory host/reception role in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
