Gourmet Dining Group in Hong Kong seeks a Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality and build positive guest relationships. You will present our menu and concept, share culinary stories, and assist with reservations, ensuring dietary needs are met and special requests are communicated.

This role requires proactive floor support and seamless guest journey management. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality or luxury retail, with a Higher Diploma or above, and

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hospitality or retail operations (hotels, airlines, luxury brands encouraged).
• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Outgoing and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and supporting sales and/or service.
• Curious, forward-thinking, and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Available to work on shift.
• Fluency in either English or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold positive relationships with guests
• Deliver personalized hospitality based on guest profiles and preferences
• Present menu and restaurant concept; share culinary stories and signature dishes
• Collect and record guest feedback and share key insights with the service team
• Support high-touch reservations, ensuring dietary needs and special requests are communicated
• Act as visible floor support and assist with guest engagement and service delivery
• Assist with reservation information review and readiness
• Help maintain seamless guest journey
