Job summary

Kinship Wellness Center is seeking a friendly hospitality helper to greet members and guests, guiding first-time users through hot-cold recovery flows and supporting cafe operations during peak times. You will maintain a clean, premium environment, manage towels and other amenities, assist with member check-ins and booking administration, and learn recovery protocols to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1 year of entry-level hospitality or front-of-house experience.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive about floor tidiness and daily operations.
• Friendly, communicative and able to welcome guests.
• Interest in fitness and contrast therapy; eager to learn.
• Able to work flexible part-time shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
• Able to switch between floor upkeep and cafe support.

• Wipe wet surfaces and assist with opening and closing flows
• Execute smooth member check-ins and assist with booking administration
• Help inform guests about membership tiers and open session slots
• Learn hot-cold recovery protocols (ice bath, sauna, hot bath) to assist guests safely
• Monitor clean facility standards and report maintenance needs
• Assist with basic coffee prep, light food assembly, and service during peak times

About you

6+ months to 1 year of entry-level experience in hospitality, customer service, cafe work, or front-of-house guest relations

Reliable and punctual with eagerness to take initiative on floor tidiness and basic daily operations

Friendly, communicative, and proactive in starting conversations and welcoming guests

Interest in fitness, health, and contrast therapy (ice bath/sauna), with a desire to learn

Able to work flexible part-time shifts (including early mornings or weekends)

Able to switch comfortably between floor upkeep and cafe support
