Job summary

Recruit in Hong Kong Island is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead floor operations and elevate guest experience with high hospitality standards. You will ensure seamless dining service, supervise opening/closing activities, and maintain spotless standards across the dining floor.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating food and beverage delivery, handling inquiries via phone and email, and assisting with event logistics from Tai Koo.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and Cantonese required.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming presence on the floor for guests.
• Oversee and assist in delivery of food and beverage services with attention to detail.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures, table settings, and station setups.
• Maintain neat, clean, and sanitary dining areas in line with standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints via phone and email.
• Coordinate special requests and dietary needs to exceed expectations.
• Assist management with venue event inquiries and basic logistics.
