Qualifications

• DSE graduate or above required.
• Experience in hotel or catering is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• More experienced candidates may apply for Captain position.

Responsibilities

• Greet privilege customers and ensure premium food services.
• Oversee the ordering process and ensure timely delivery of correct orders.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory to maintain optimum levels.
• Maintain dining areas to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist throughout their dining experience.
