Job summary

Recruit in Hong Kong Island is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead floor operations and elevate guest experience with high hospitality standards. You will ensure seamless dining service, supervise opening/closing activities, and maintain spotless standards across the dining floor.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating food and beverage delivery, handling inquiries via phone and email, and assisting with event logistics from Tai Koo.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and Cantonese required.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in elevating the guest journey, leading floor operations, and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

This role is ideal for an ambitious hospitality professional who is passionate about guest relations, team collaboration, and driving revenue through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary welcoming presence on the floor, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable first impression to all guests.
• Oversee and assist in the seamless delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring uncompromising quality and attention to detail.
• Supervise daily opening/closing procedures, including meticulous table settings, station setups, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain pristine standards of neatness, cleanliness, and sanitation across the dining floor in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints across phone and email channels with a diplomatic, solution-oriented, and positive approach.
• Coordinate special requests, arrangements, birthdays, and strict dietary requirements to exceed guest expectations.
• Assist the management team with venue event inquiries, and basic event logistics.

Requirements:

• A proactive learning mindset, a strong sense of personal accountability, and a proven track record as a supportive team player in the dining / hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent spoken English and Cantonese are essential; basic proficiency in Mandarin will be an absolute advantage.
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
