Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong invites applications for a guest-focused Food & Beverage service role in our iconic hotel. You will serve food and beverages with personalized, gracious service, ensure accuracy of orders, present wine lists, and anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a hotel and catering operations qualification or diploma, speak Cantonese and English well, and demonstrate strong service orientation and customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline preferred.
• High school qualification also welcomed.
• Fair command of Cantonese and English spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests with personalized, gracious service.
• Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details.
• Presents wine lists and recommends beverages and wines as required.
• Anticipates guests' needs and exceeds expectations.
• Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition.
