Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a customer-focused hospitality professional to join a Michelin-star dining environment. You will assist in wine and dining operations at the restaurant and EPURE, supporting daily operations and guest experience with a courteous, professional approach.

Ideal candidates bring fluency in English and Cantonese, with a background in luxury F&B and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
• Courteous, professional and guest-oriented.
• Passionate to provide excellent personal service.
• Anticipate guests’ unexpressed wishes and needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in wine & dining operations at Michelin Star Restaurant.
• Assist in wine & dining operations at EPURE.
• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant.
