Job summary

As part of a high-standard team, you will deliver dishes and beverages with attention to timing and presentation, monitor tables, and respond promptly to guest needs. English fluency is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year or above relevant experience in a quality Western restaurant or hotel.
• Passion for hospitality, with a warm and professional service attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage comfortably with local and international guests.
• Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure during busy services.
• Good command of spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner and present menus confidently.
• Introduce menu items, answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and beverages according to fine-dining standards, paying attention to timing, presentation and guest comfort.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately and in line with company procedures.
