Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a guest service position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and possess excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of Putonghua being an advantage.

Responsibilities include providing guest services, managing VIP check-ins, and maintaining the integrity of the guest database. The role offers a competitive salary between HKD 23,000 - 27,000 monthly, along with exceptional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant guest service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services and administrative support.
• Ensure timely check-ins for assigned VIPs.
• Perform Lobby duties and promote hotel goodwill.
• Maintain guest database integrity and management.
