Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is currently seeking hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional Food and Beverage service to our guests at our acclaimed property in Tsim Sha Tsui. You will welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and support smooth service flow on the floor.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of hotel/restaurant experience (fresh graduates considered), a related diploma, and strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel/restaurant is preferred, fresh graduates considered.
• Degree holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, F&B or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Energetic, guest oriented and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a dynamic restaurant environment and flexible with shifts.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Food and Beverage experience to hotel guests.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and farewell guests upon departure in a friendly and caring manner.
• Escort guests to table and streamline customer traffic on the service floor.
• Handle all reservations and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Confirm bookings with guests prior to the schedule.
• Prepare restaurant seating plan and allocate tables accordingly.
• Inform section in-charge/Manager of VIPs or special guests’ arrival.
• Handle menu-related tasks, including printing and maintaining cleanliness.
• Prepare accurate bill payments and check guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor.
