Job summary

PwC Conference Centre in Hong Kong seeks a polished front-of-house professional to be the welcoming face for internal teams and external guests. You will blend premium guest service with front-desk professionalism and hands-on support for AV and smart meeting-room technologies.

You will manage bookings, coordinate with operations, assist in hybrid meetings, perform pre-event checks, and maintain an immaculate, guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in administration or reception operations within hospitality or conference facilities.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact on the Conference Centre floor, creating a warm, professional impression.
• Deliver attentive service ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for internal teams and external clients.
• Greet, host, and assist meeting organisers and attendees; guide them to their rooms and meet needs throughout visits.
• Manage meeting room and event booking enquiries, room allocation, scheduling and setup requirements.
• Coordinate with operations to prepare spaces, seating, catering, AV, and post-event restoration.
• Provide hands-on support before and during physical, virtual, and hybrid meetings; assist with presentation setup and AV connections.
• Operate and provide first-level support for AV systems, video conferencing, and smart IoT room technologies.
• Conduct pre-meeting readiness checks and monitor technology performance to resolve issues promptly.
