Job summary

Swire Hotels’ EAST Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Coordinator to deliver personalised, delightful service to our guests. You’ll support reservations, maintain guest records, and ensure every contact reflects warmth and efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in F&B, a diploma or higher, and strong English and Cantonese with excellent interpersonal skills. If you thrive in a lively hospitality setting with a can-do mindset, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B experience is preferred.
• Diploma or above; Graduate from technical college or hotel school is preferred.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, as well as Cantonese. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain guest database system according to standard.
• Manage and control all reservations and guest coordination.
• Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meets their needs.
• Acknowledge, welcome and be a great first impression to all guests.
• Handle complaints from guests and seek assistance if necessary.
