Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Creative Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience in Digital, Advertising, Marketing, or PR industry
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for online products and physical stores
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends and competitor strategies to refine campaigns
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis to maximize ROI
• Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content for platforms
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels
• Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and optimize customer journeys
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
• Create monthly marketing reports analyzing cost and effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
