Tokalent seeks a Digital Marketing Director for a Virtual Asset trading platform, based in Hong Kong. You will plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, optimize user journeys, and lead SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to achieve ROI.

You will collaborate with product and tech teams to build landing pages, track KPIs, analyze performance, and identify trends to scale growth. A strong understanding of digital asset markets and Cantonese/English fluency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Located in Hong Kong.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency.
• 7+ years in integrated communications (PR, content, social).
• Experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of virtual asset products and customer behaviour.
• Nimble and agile team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

• Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Builds and maintains a social media presence (Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
• Documents crypto user personas to craft compelling user journeys through social channels.
• Measures and reports performance against ROI and KPIs.
• Identifies virtual asset trends and optimizes spend based on insights.
• Develops new growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborates with technology, product, and business teams to optimize landing pages and user experience.
• Uses analytics to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across channels.
