Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Growth Marketing / Acquisition Manager to drive user growth for Web3 GameFi and SocialFi initiatives across Twitter and Discord. Based in Hong Kong, you will craft multichannel campaigns, optimize onboarding, and partner with projects to expand the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital/growth marketing, at least 6 months in Web3, and a proven track record of user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing.
• At least 6 months of Web3 experience.
• Proven track record in user acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and DeFi.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns across channels (social media, partnerships, community, etc.).
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to enhance market position.
• Manage relationships with influential industry figures, projects, and communities to foster growth and engagement.
• Oversee the operation and optimization of social channels, including Twitter and Discord, to drive engagement.
