Job summary

OKX Group is seeking a Growth Product Manager in Hong Kong to lead data-driven growth across crypto products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to identify opportunities and run experiments that optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.

The role requires strong expertise in agile methodologies, growth hacking, localization strategy, and GTM planning, with crypto industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or growth-related field
• Strong data-driven growth and agile background
• Experience with go-to-market planning in crypto preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy development and execution
