You will blend commercial judgment with technical execution to unlock growth across channels, from acquisition to onboarding, while working cross-functionally in a remote-friendly setup.

You might come from marketing or engineering, but what matters is your ability to build, launch, measure and optimize.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in growth or marketing automation.
• Experience with AI or Web3 product development.
• Ability to build and launch experiments and measure results.
• Experience with end-to-end systems for lead capture and qualification.
• Strong English communication in remote teams.
• Hands-on with integrations and automation.
• Comfort with learning new platforms independently.

Responsibilities

• Run growth experiments to increase qualified lead generation across channels.
• Build landing pages, acquisition tools, workflows or onboarding journeys.
• Set up funnel tracking and analyze conversion and lead quality.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops.
• Own the marketing → sales → customer success handoff.
• Connect CRM integrations, workflow automation, analytics and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability.
