Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in growth, marketing tech, or engineering-led growth.
• Experience building AI workflows in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to design, implement and optimize long-running growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and test growth opportunities across channels and launch experiments.
• Build landing pages, tools, and automated workflows to test ideas.
• Measure funnel performance, lead quality and share learnings with teams.
• Turn successful tests into repeatable growth systems and loops.
