The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on writing, directing motion, and coordinating across Product, Design, and Growth teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact globally.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of concepts shipped with measurable results.
• Ability to read CTR, conversion, retention, and engagement data to steer creative.
• Strong instincts for how ideas translate into business impact.
• Clear point of view on visual and motion direction.
• Deep fluency in current social and cultural trends.
• Experience working with Product, Product Marketing, Design and Growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the core creative idea behind product GTM strategies, feature drops, and growth campaigns.
• Translate positioning into concepts that land with target audiences and can be reused across channels.
• Lead how campaigns look and move, ensuring every element ties back to the strategic idea.
