Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders to scale the product, remix content for different platforms, and convert users across channels.
• Design and execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth.
• Move fast from concept to launch.
• Build a content engine with creators that attracts and converts new users weekly.
• Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
• Track performance, run experiments, pull insights from analytics, and present recommendations.
