Job summary

Cobo is seeking a full-stack Growth Marketer to own its AI Demand Gen engine end to end, spanning strategy, execution, and measurement. You will orchestrate integrated growth campaigns across GEO, SEO/SEM, paid media, and content channels, working with custody, wallet, and payment products to scale AI-powered offerings.

The role requires 5–8 years in digital/growth marketing, strong SEO, and hands-on experience across paid media, CRO, analytics, and attribution.

Qualifications

5–8 years of digital/growth marketing ownership across full-funnel campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong SEO fundamentals with GEO/AI-search experience and tools.
Full-stack growth expertise across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, CRO, analytics, and attribution; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot/Customer.io preferred.
AI-native mindset: actively using LLMs and AI agents to automate marketing workflows.
Owner mindset: strategy, execution, and accountability; able to manage freelancers/agencies.

Responsibilities

Own AI Demand Gen end-to-end including planning, channels, budget, execution, and measurement.
Own GEO/AI search visibility and content strategy; measure AI-referred traffic and conversions.
Drive SEO & SEM with technical optimization, content strategy, and paid campaigns.
Build source channels like YouTube and LinkedIn for discovery and AI visibility.
Own PLG growth loop with Product for sign-up, activation, and CRO.
Build attribution/reporting and marketing dashboards; ensure pipeline ties to revenue.
Develop AI-native marketing operations and workflows with agencies.
