Job summary

Chesterton Consulting Ltd is seeking a Group HRBP for our well-established Hong Kong client. You will bridge corporate strategy and business execution, partnering with business-unit heads and the CHRO to drive talent and organizational design across HK and Mainland China.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws in HK and China, fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR experience in HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Experience with local HK groups or conglomerates is preferred.
• Proven ability handling HK and Mainland China labour matters.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit heads to design and execute commercial people plans.
• Provide data-driven insights to CHRO on headcount planning and organization design.
• Drive group culture and performance improvement as change agent.
