Job summary

金三江（香港）有限公司 is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR strategy across Hong Kong, Poland and Mexico. You will lead talent acquisition, development, and performance management initiatives while aligning regional practices with headquarters standards.

The role requires strong cross-cultural communication, 5+ years in HR management within manufacturing, and proven cross-border experience. You will influence senior stakeholders and optimize HR processes across three regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years cross-border, multi-region overseas HRBP.
• Local employment management experience in Mexico, Poland or Hong Kong.
• Fluent English, strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies across HK, Poland and Mexico.
• Lead talent acquisition and deployment across regions.
• Oversee training, development, performance, and succession planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Manage employee relations and cross-border compliance risks.
• Provide HR data analytics and business support to senior management.
