Job summary

CSI-Property-Services-Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support diversified investments of the Group. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and gain hands-on experience in financial management of various projects.

Your role focuses on managing reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance, with exposure to HKFRS and HKEX requirements, while coordinating with auditors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 3–5 years’ experience, preferably from Big 4 or listed companies.
• Experience in group consolidation and statutory reporting is preferred.
• Experience liaising with external auditors and handling annual/interim audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Self-starter, adaptable, team player with good communication.
• Fluent English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage interim and annual financial reporting, ensure timely consolidation and management reports.
• Oversee sub-consolidation and group consolidation, review subsidiary reporting packages and intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with HKFRS and HKEX rules.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure accurate financial information across the group.
• Assist in annual/interim results announcements and statutory reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors on reporting matters and audit requests.
• Review and enhance reporting processes and internal controls.
• Perform ad hoc financial projects as assigned.
