Ambition partners with a Hong Kong-listed company to hire an Assistant Finance Manager. The role offers exposure to group consolidation, financial reporting, audit management, and corporate finance activities, providing a solid platform for career development.

You will support monthly and annual reporting, coordinate consolidation across entities, prepare statements and disclosures, and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Qualifed accountant (HKICPA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting/audit.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Assistant Finance Manager - Listed Company

We are partnering with a Hong Kong-listed company to hire an Assistant Finance Manager. This position offers valuable exposure to group consolidation, financial reporting, audit management, and corporate finance activities, providing an excellent platform for career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly, interim, and annual group financial reporting
• Coordinate consolidation activities across multiple business entities and investment portfolios
• Review reporting submissions and ensure the accuracy of financial information across the group
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Assist in annual reports, interim reports, board reporting, and statutory filings
• Act as a key liaison with external auditors and support the annual audit process
• Participate in finance projects, reporting enhancements, and process optimization initiatives
• Support the continuous improvement of internal controls and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• 3-6 years of experience gained from Big 4, audit firms, listed companies, or sizeable corporations
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or statutory reporting is preferred
• Familiarity with audit processes and external auditor coordination
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
