Ambition partners with a Hong Kong-listed company to hire an Assistant Finance Manager. The role offers exposure to group consolidation, financial reporting, audit management, and corporate finance activities, providing a solid platform for career development.

You will support monthly and annual reporting, coordinate consolidation across entities, prepare statements and disclosures, and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Qualifed accountant (HKICPA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting/audit.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, interim, and annual group financial reporting.
• Coordinate consolidation across entities and portfolios.
• Review reporting submissions for accuracy of group information.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory disclosures.
• Assist in annual/interim reports, board reporting, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit.
