Job summary

Elliott Scott HR Recruitment Ltd is assisting a sizable overseas-listed corporation with a small Hong Kong office in their search for a Finance Manager to lead the Group finance team. You will manage monthly consolidations, coordinate interim and annual results announcements, and support IPO/spin-off projects, driving budgets and forecasts across group entities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent, 4+ years of consolidation experience, IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of financial consolidation experience in listed groups.
• Experience with IFRS and multi-subsidiary consolidations.
• Strong month-end closing and internal controls knowledge.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations and group reporting packages.
• Coordinate interim and annual results announcements across group entities.
• Develop budgets, analyses, and consolidated forecasts for decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, banking partners, and group entities during audits.
• Oversee tax filing procedures and statutory compliance.
• Execute ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
• Assist in IPO/spin-off projects.
