Job summary

CSI Property Services Limited invites applications for the Assistant Finance Manager role within the finance team. The successful candidate will support diversified investments, report to the Group Financial Controller, and gain hands-on experience in financial management across projects.

The role covers group and sub-consolidation, HKFRS reporting, statutory disclosures, and coordination with auditors. Strong analytical skills, bilingual English/Chinese, and a proactive, independent working

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
3–5 years of experience, preferably from Big 4, local audit firms or listed companies.
Experience in group consolidation and statutory reporting is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage interim and annual financial reporting, including consolidated statements.
Oversee sub-consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
Prepare financial statements in HKFRS and HKEX reporting rules.
Coordinate with business units to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Assist in annual/interim results announcements, annual reports, and audits.
Liaise with external auditors and address technical accounting issues.
Review and enhance internal controls and reporting processes.
Perform ad hoc financial projects.
