Job summary

AMS is seeking a proactive Graduate Development Program Coordinator to support the Graduate Development Team across Hong Kong and Singapore. You will manage program administration, onboarding, training sessions, and rotations, liaising with recruitment, development teams, graduates and business stakeholders.

In this role you will build strong relationships with the client, design efficient processes, and help deliver high-quality programs while keeping budgets, calendars, and events on track.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator or coordinator.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive with strong communication.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
• Ability to design or improve processes.
• Interest in program management and early careers.
• Track record delivering solutions under a heavy workload.
• Knowledge of learning & development or recruitment is nice to have.
• Confident, credible communication style.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Cantonese/ Mandarin skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Program administration: support planning and execution of induction, onboarding, training and rotations.
• Development activities: collect placement requests and audit performance data.
• Training events: manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and communications.
• Data: update and ensure data integrity for reports.
• Query management: handle inboxes, calendars, and inquiries.
• Invoices: audit and process supplier invoices and track expenses.
• Operational excellence: create manuals and keep trackers up to date.
• Ad-hoc projects: support wider Emerging Talent initiatives and campus events.
